• 00:17 Joshua Colson: The Hebrew word for angel is malech, which
• 00:19 simply means messenger.
• 00:21 It’s a title or an occupation, not a specific species.
• 00:24 God created spirit beings to serve him and then mankind.
• 00:28 Many times in Scripture, angels are called or equated to stars.
• 00:32 The Bible describes various kinds of angelic spirit beings,
• 00:36 and sometimes the description is rooted in their names.
• 00:39 Seraphim comes from seraph, fiery or even serpent-like.
• 00:43 This spirit being is described in Isaiah 6 to have six wings.
• 00:47 Cherubim were considered guardians, although Lucifer the
• 00:50 cherub was made of gold with 12 precious stones built into his
• 00:53 breastplate and musical instruments constructed with
• 00:56 his innards.
• 00:57 Other cherubim descriptions vary because that most likely was
• 01:00 a title.
• 01:02 Two cherubs with flaming swords guarded Eden after Adam and Eve
• 01:05 were expelled from the garden.
• 01:07 They are sometimes depicted with bodies of lions, heads of men,
• 01:10 with angel wings.
• 01:11 These cherubs guarded the holy of holies on either side of the
• 01:15 ark of the covenant.
• 01:16 The four living beasts who stand before the throne of God are
• 01:19 referred to as cherubim.
• 01:21 They have four sets of wings, four faces: man, ox, lion, and
• 01:25 eagle, and their body is covered with eyes.
• 01:29 There was the ophanim, literal wheels within wheels, as Ezekiel
• 01:33 saw in his vision.
• 01:35 They also were covered with eyes and carried the mobile throne of
• 01:38 God in the Tanakh.
• 01:39 Other designated angelic titles are archangels, princes, morning
• 01:43 stars, and some of the highest order, B’nai Elohim, the sons
• 01:48 of God.

• 02:32 of everything kinda makes me grateful that, as kids, that mom
• 02:35 and dad didn’t stick to the felt board when they were teaching us
• 02:37 Bible lessons.
• 02:38 Don’t get me wrong. The felt’s amazing.
• 02:39 There was a lot of good stories, but they left out a lot too.
• 02:42 And I know for myself personally, after 46 countries
• 02:45 or whatever my number’s up to right now, I’ve seen
• 02:47 some things.
• 02:48 And if, you know, we hadn’t studied and learned about the
• 02:51 good, the bad, the ugly, the spiritual warfare, the demons,
• 02:54 you know, how strong God is, all that stuff, it might have been a
• 02:56 slightly different experience to go into those situations, be
• 02:59 like, “Oh, snap.”
• 03:00 I’m like, “Oh, yeah, yeah, that’s that thing, you know?
• 03:02 There’s no big deal.”
• 03:04 Caleb Colson: Well, we did have a leg up on the other kids
• 03:06 because of, you know, mom and dad working in
• 03:08 deliverance ministry.
• 03:09 And all those people, Josh, I remember when we were little,
• 03:12 seeing those people came out of the Occult, Freemasonry,
• 03:15 Illuminati, and telling their stories about all the really
• 03:20 jacked up things that they did with demons, having sex with
• 03:22 demons, being raped by demons.
• 03:24 It’s that same story of the Nephilim all over again, the
• 03:27 B’nai Elohim.
• 03:29 So it wasn’t bizarre when I was 13, and that was really a focus
• 03:32 of interest that God led me to in Scripture, was to really
• 03:35 uncover the mystery of Genesis 6 and the B’nai Elohim coming
• 03:39 down, and what it all meant not just for the past, but for our
• 03:43 future, because nothing is new under the sun.
• 03:46 And Satan will always try to do the same thing over and over
• 03:50 again because he’s not creative.
• 03:51 And these plans, they’re going to escalate the closer we get to
• 03:54 the end.
• 03:55 We’re going to see more Nephilim come back, I believe.
• 03:58 Joshua: So to be clear, at 13, you were perusing all of the
• 04:02 demonic possession and this and that, and I was learning how to
• 04:05 slay people with the jawbone of a donkey.
• 04:08 Caleb: Yes.
• 04:09 Joshua: We had different endeavors.
• 04:11 Caleb: Right now, we need to head to Mount Olympus to discuss
• 04:14 Zeus’s council that ruled.
• 04:19 Joshua: Psalm 89:6-8, “The heavens praise Your wonders,
• 04:22 Adonai–Your faithfulness, too–in the assembly of the
• 04:25 kedoshim [the holy ones].
• 04:27 For who in the skies can compare to Adonai?
• 04:30 Who is like Adonai among the sons of god, [B’nai Elohim]?
• 04:34 God is greatly feared in the counsel of the holy ones, and
• 04:38 awesome above all around Him.”
• 04:40 Caleb: You know, when you look in Scripture, heaven is
• 04:43 described as being like the highest state, I believe,
• 04:47 dimensionally, and hell is like the lowest state dimensionally
• 04:50 because it always talks like the depths of hell, the abyss, this
• 04:53 lowest point, and heaven as being the highest, which makes
• 04:56 sense when we discuss that story of the mountain of God.
• 05:00 You know, Mount Eden, the mount of congregation, and upon that
• 05:04 mount was the divine council, these angelic beings, these
• 05:08 B’nai Elohim, these stones of fire, that co-ruled with El
• 05:13 Elyon, the Most High God.
• 05:14 He was the highest point, and he chose these angelic beings to
• 05:18 help him out.
• 05:19 Joshua: I think it’s interesting to look at the model of
• 05:21 management of what’s working, right?
• 05:22 So management starts off, makes a bunch of angels, puts them in
• 05:25 charge of a bunch of things, then all of a sudden goes, “Oh
• 05:27 snap, hold on.”
• 05:28 Caleb: “Angels messing up.”
• 05:30 Joshua: “The angels didn’t do so good at managing.
• 05:31 So not only am I removing them from their managerial position,
• 05:34 I’m gonna create an entire new race called mankind,” and that’s
• 05:38 what he did.
• 05:40 And he took us because he wanted to raise us up to rule with him,
• 05:45 and he is gonna put us in charge over the earth.
• 05:49 He’s taking the angels back, giving them some
• 05:50 different positions.
• 05:51 There’s things they’re a little better at.
• 05:53 They got a little greedy.
• 05:55 But I think that that’s what’s so amazing, that he wasn’t
• 05:57 looking to dominate over us.
• 05:58 Every other religion who has a god is looking to dominate,
• 06:00 rule over.
• 06:02 He wants to rule with.
• 06:03 It’s a side by side, and it’s a completely different perspective
• 06:06 because he’s a Father.
• 06:07 Caleb: And that’s why I find it interesting when God’s talking
• 06:09 with Job.
• 06:11 He’s revealing to Job these mysteries of the universe, how
• 06:14 he made all these things and what they were to do.
• 06:16 And he talked about creating these angelic beings before time
• 06:20 began, the B’nai Elohim, and these stars that are
• 06:24 these angels.
• 06:25 He says, “Job, you don’t have it quite figured out, but this is
• 06:28 when I made the B’nai Elohim.”
• 06:31 Joshua: That’s pretty crazy.
• 06:34 Job 38:4-7, “Where were you when I laid the foundations of
• 06:39 the earth?”
• 06:40 Verse 7, “when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons
• 06:43 of God shouted for joy?”
• 06:45 So in the beginning, the morning stars were singing.
• 06:49 Lucifer was a morning star.
• 06:50 He was the choir leader, going to town, playing the music.
• 06:53 The B’nai Elohim, they were ecstatic.
• 06:56 Things were exciting for them as well, right?
• 06:59 So they’re all up there.
• 07:00 Goodness gracious, great balls of fire.
• 07:03 Caleb: Well, it’s interesting because balls of fire is the
• 07:06 exact description you get of these B’nai Elohim in
• 07:10 Ezekiel 28.
• 07:11 When God’s describing Lucifer and his appearance before his
• 07:15 fall, he describes that he was among those stones of fire.
• 07:19 You know, it’s pretty interesting.
• 07:21 Ezekiel 28:14 says, “You were an anointed guardian cheruv.
• 07:26 I placed you on the holy mountain of God.
• 07:29 You walked among stones of fire.”
• 07:32 Interestingly enough, Josh, even though Lucifer was only a
• 07:35 cherub, he was granted access to the highest places of heaven,
• 07:40 even up at the divine council, to which he walked among those
• 07:44 stones of fire of the B’nai Elohim.
• 07:47 And again, we give that description in Hebrews 1 that
• 07:50 they are like flames of fire.
• 07:52 Hebrews 1:7 says, “And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his
• 07:57 angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.”
• 08:00 Joshua: My brain’s sitting here going, “You know, I know nobody
• 08:03 in the planet could see the solar system,” so how was it
• 08:06 that they knew, right, these B’nai Elohim to describe them as
• 08:09 balls of fire, and then, weirdly enough, named the planets after
• 08:13 these same types of structures?
• 08:16 It’s very confusing.
• 08:17 Caleb: It is not an accident.
• 08:18 Obviously they had some demonic insight into this.
• 08:23 You know, teaching them astronomy, these fallen B’nai
• 08:26 Elohim, and then teaching them astrology, the worship of these
• 08:31 planets, if you will, that’s why we get the names of all the
• 08:34 planets, like Jupiter or Zeus.
• 08:36 And you have Venus, Aphrodite; Mercury, Hermes; Earth, Gaia;
• 08:41 Mars, Ares; Neptune, Poseidon; Uranus, Uranos; Chronos is
• 08:48 Saturn; Pluto is Hades.
• 08:52 Joshua: Hades.
• 08:53 So you can’t get rid of Pluto. It has to stay a planet.
• 08:55 Caleb: So you have all of these planets that are named after
• 08:58 these, you know, Greek and Roman god counterparts, and all of
• 09:02 these sat on a divine council on Mount Olympus, just like the
• 09:06 B’nai Elohim sat at the divine council in the highest of the
• 09:11 heavens on the Mount of Congregation, divine council.
• 09:14 Joshua: It’s eerily similar.
• 09:15 Caleb: So I say we head to Mount Olympus now.
• 09:18 Joshua: It’s gotta be a complete fluke.
• 09:20 There’s no way it’s connected.
• 09:22 Psalm 82:1, “God has taken his place in the divine council; in
• 09:26 the midst of the gods he holds judgment.”
• 09:29 Caleb: Wow, man, Josh, Psalm 82:1 has caused so much
• 09:32 controversy to theologians, to Jews.
• 09:36 They don’t understand that term “gods.”
• 09:38 You know, there is only one Creator God, but this divine
• 09:41 council was mirrored by the pagans with the divine council
• 09:45 of Zeus who sat on Mount Olympus, so how can it be that
• 09:48 this is written into Scripture?
• 09:50 What’s God talking about?
• 09:52 Joshua: What on earth?
• 09:53 Caleb: Look at that mountain up there.
• 09:55 That’s the entrance right there.
• 09:56 That’s the death entrance.
• 09:57 Joshua: 2,918 meters to hike to get to the top, brother.
• 10:01 I don’t remember you telling me this.
• 10:03 It typically takes two days, one spent in a mountain refuge.
• 10:07 Refuge is where you hide from things.
• 10:09 And two, it can only be done by fit and experienced hikers, not
• 10:14 like fat Josh.
• 10:16 Caleb: Is that what it really said in there?
• 10:18 Joshua: Basically, look.
• 10:19 Caleb: The demands to hike Mount Olympus right there?
• 10:21 Joshua: That’s ChatGP-something.
• 10:23 It’s the new truth, apparently.
• 10:26 Deuteronomy 6:4, “Shema Y’srael, Adonai Eloheinu Adonai Echad.
• 10:31 ‘Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one!”‘
• 10:36 Joshua: Hold on, brother.
• 10:38 Hold on.
• 10:39 According to this app, hey, this is not the top.
• 10:43 This is where everybody starts to hike.
• 10:46 Caleb: There’s no roads to the top?
• 10:48 Joshua: I gotta hike up that thing?
• 10:52 Caleb: We’ll get as far as we can.
• 10:53 Joshua: Why do all the B’nai always want an Elohim on
• 10:55 the top?
• 10:56 Is that how you conjugate it?
• 10:58 That word has so many different meanings.
• 10:59 Well, everything in Hebrew has so many different meanings.
• 11:01 I don’t fully understand it.
• 11:02 Caleb: It is confusing to our Western etymology, where we take
• 11:04 a word and we find one meaning to it.
• 11:06 But in Hebrew, one word can mean 12 different things, and so it’s
• 11:10 not confusing to them when they see “gods,” you know, Elohim,
• 11:14 because they worship the supreme God, the Most High God.
• 11:18 You know, there’s one God in three persons, but his chief
• 11:21 name is Yahweh, YHWH, the unutterable name.
• 11:25 So Elohim plural, meaning God and gods at the same time, it’s
• 11:30 not too confusing of them.
• 11:31 Just like in Psalm 82:4, we see that Yahweh, the Most High God,
• 11:35 is having a big problem with this ruling council of gods
• 11:41 because they’re not ruling properly.
• 11:43 They’re showing injustice.
• 11:44 In Psalm 82:4 it says, “How long will you judge unjustly and show
• 11:49 partiality to the wicked?
• 11:50 Selah.
• 11:52 Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right
• 11:54 of the afflicted and the destitute.
• 11:56 Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of
• 11:59 the wicked.”
• 12:00 Joshua: Whoa, oh my goodness.
• 12:02 Look at this.
• 12:03 Oh.
• 12:04 Caleb: That’s the path up to the top of Mount Olympus.
• 12:06 Joshua: Never gonna climb that.
• 12:08 Caleb: You know, God was not happy with those B’nai Elohim.
• 12:10 They were ruling unjustly.
• 12:11 Of course they were wicked.
• 12:13 They left their first estate in heaven in that highest amount of
• 12:17 congregation to go down and mate with the daughters of men.
• 12:20 That’s messed up.
• 12:21 So God has more to say about them in verses 5 through 7.
• 12:25 He says, “The ‘gods’ [bene Elohim]
• 12:28 know nothing, they understand nothing.
• 12:30 They walk about in darkness; and all the foundations of the earth
• 12:33 are shaken.
• 12:35 I said, ‘You are gods, all of you are sons of the Most High.
• 12:38 Nevertheless you shall die like men, and fall like one of
• 12:41 the rulers.'”
• 12:43 I just, I want to focus on why they did what they did.
• 12:46 You know, was it a jealousy that they saw Lucifer?
• 12:50 When he rebelled, he came down to earth.
• 12:52 And yeah, he was punished for the time being, then he got
• 12:54 ownership over all earth from Adam.
• 12:56 Maybe they thought that was a great example.
• 12:58 Maybe like some people believe that Lucifer incited them to
• 13:01 that rebellion.
• 13:03 They just followed his example and his command.
• 13:05 Either way, they came down and they messed up again.
• 13:08 And this is why I believe King David in the Psalms commanded
• 13:12 the angels to obey and acknowledge God.
• 13:15 He says in Psalm 29:1, “Ascribe to Adonai, O sons of God, [you
• 13:20 Bene Elohim], ascribe to Adonai glory and strength.”
• 13:25 You know, I find it interesting that Yeshua himself quotes Psalm
• 13:28 82, referencing gods when the Jews cry blasphemy, when he
• 13:34 calls himself the Son of God.
• 13:36 They thought you couldn’t do that, so he has to use that as
• 13:39 an object lesson, the comparison how gods isn’t exactly the
• 13:44 finality of what they mean.
• 13:46 These are ascribing to spiritual beings.
• 13:49 So he says in John 10:34-36, “Yeshua answered them, ‘Isn’t it
• 13:55 written in your Writings, “I have said you are gods?”
• 13:58 If he called them “gods,” to whom the Word of God came (and
• 14:01 the Scripture cannot be broken), do you say of Him, the One the
• 14:05 Father set apart and sent into the world, “You speak
• 14:08 blasphemy,” because I said, “I am Ben-Elohim
• 14:11 (the Son of God)?”‘”
• 14:14 Maybe hiking was a bad idea.
• 14:15 Joshua: I told you it was a bad idea.
• 14:17 You said we were gonna drive.
• 14:20 I’ll tell you this much.
• 14:21 I was super stoked to read that Yeshua actually used the example
• 14:26 of B’nai Elohim to slam the Pharisees to the mat over them
• 14:30 being called gods.
• 14:32 He was totally confident because he knows that that word doesn’t
• 14:37 take away from the fact that he and the Father are one, that the
• 14:41 Father, El Elyon, is God, but he is also a part of him and that
• 14:46 triune being, and he’s smart.
• 14:48 He knows what he’s doing.
• 14:49 Caleb: That’s right, and it’s kind of to me blasphemous and
• 14:52 disturbing when I think of the Greeks, how they called Zeus
• 14:57 Zeus Hypsistos, which is Zeus the Most High God.
• 15:00 I mean, isn’t that what Satan always wants to be in that
• 15:03 throne, to sit on the most high seat?
• 15:06 But now we go around Greece, everywhere we’ve been going,
• 15:09 we’ve been seeing Zeus’s temple brought to ruins.
• 15:13 He doesn’t rule anymore.
• 15:14 His power is gone, but our Most High God still sits and rules
• 15:19 upon his throne in heaven.
• 15:20 Joshua: Funny how that works.
• 15:21 Caleb: All right, let’s see how far we can get.
• 15:23 Joshua: I’ll hold you. I’ll make sure you don’t fall.
• 15:24 Caleb: That’s my butt.
• 15:26 Joshua: No, but I gotta save your life.
• 15:27 I’m your big brother.
• 15:30 I did it. I did my job.
• 15:32 Job 1:67, “Now there was a day where the sons of God
• 15:36 (B’nai Elohim) came
• 15:38 to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also
• 15:40 came among them.
• 15:42 And the Lord said to Satan, ‘From where do you come?’
• 15:44 So Satan answered the Lord and said, ‘From going to and fro on
• 15:47 the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.'”
• 15:53 Mount Olympus has some creepy fog on it, little brother.
• 15:57 I tell you what, one of the most interesting notes about the
• 16:01 B’nai Elohim in Scripture to me is one of the earliest ones.
• 16:06 And if it’s true that the book of Job was written before the
• 16:09 Torah, it’s literally the first book of the Bible, the first
• 16:12 mention of the B’nai Elohim.
• 16:14 Caleb: That’s crazy, Josh.
• 16:16 And you know the story.
• 16:17 Everybody should.
• 16:18 You have Satan, who’s a prince in the power of the air.
• 16:22 He regained authority over earth, and he’s off messing
• 16:26 around, screwing things up, and he has to go and give an account
• 16:30 to God in the throne room of what he’s been doing.
• 16:33 But is it really in the throne room?
• 16:35 I don’t know, because B’nai Elohim come with him to give an
• 16:38 account, so they have to be fallen B’nai Elohim.
• 16:40 They’re not allowed back in the third heaven because they were
• 16:43 cast down, so maybe this is God’s mobile throne, like in
• 16:46 Ezekiel 1, and he came down, and they’re coming before him.
• 16:51 And perhaps the divine council is with him, so they have to
• 16:53 give an account for what they do.
• 16:55 It continues that again in Job 2:1.
• 16:57 It says, “Again there was a day when the Bnei HaElohim came to
• 17:02 present themselves before Hashem, and Hasatan, Satan, came
• 17:06 also among them to present himself before Hashem.”
• 17:10 Joshua: It’s crazy.
• 17:12 Caleb: Josh, most people don’t understand this is a judgment
• 17:15 that we’re talking about in the book of Job.
• 17:17 I think Satan is just running around scot-free and everything.
• 17:19 They have to give an account to God.
• 17:21 Every time you read about a judgment, a bema seat in
• 17:24 Scripture, that creature is being judged.
• 17:27 So all the evil that these wicked B’nai Elohim and Satan is
• 17:31 doing on earth, they still have to go before God and say, “This
• 17:34 is what I did.
• 17:35 This is what I did. This is what I did.”
• 17:37 But Satan, when he comes there, instead he is the accuser of
• 17:40 the brethren.
• 17:42 He starts placing the blame on mankind instead of owning up for
• 17:44 his own sins and his own actions.
• 17:47 But it’s just like this throne room El Elyon is sitting on.
• 17:52 It’s not Zeus.
• 17:53 This is the Most High God.
• 17:55 He still, even though he holds dominion over the earth at this
• 17:58 moment, Satan still has to account to God for
• 18:01 his treachery.
• 18:02 Joshua: Isn’t it funny?
• 18:03 What’s the first thing that people do today?
• 18:06 They say, “Hey, you’re not good enough.
• 18:09 Oh, you want to tell me about what the Bible says?
• 18:12 Look what you’ve done.”
• 18:13 Funny how that same methodology is used today by the enemy.
• 18:17 Caleb: It’s getting dark.
• 18:18 Let’s see if we can make it to the top before it’s too late.
• 18:21 Joshua: All right.
• 18:25 Daniel 4:4-5, 13, “I, Nebuchadnezzar, was at rest in
• 18:30 my house, and flourishing in my palace.
• 18:33 I saw a dream which made me afraid, and the thoughts on my
• 18:36 bed and the visions of my head troubled me.”
• 18:39 Verse 13, “I saw in the visions of my head while on my bed, and
• 18:43 there was a watcher, a holy one, coming down from heaven.”
• 18:47 Joshua: Wrong shoes.
• 18:48 Oh man, are you sure this is the right way?
• 18:52 Yeah, I know it’s going up and all, but still.
• 18:57 You know, brother, in Greek, B’nai Elohim means Grigori,
• 19:02 which means the watchers.
• 19:04 In fact, Nebuchadnezzar has a nightmare about those dudes, if
• 19:06 I recall.
• 19:07 Caleb: You’re absolutely right.
• 19:09 That nightmare, I think, was a prophetic judgment because he
• 19:13 sees this B’nai Elohim, this watcher, who pronounces judgment
• 19:17 on him for his crimes against the Most High God, El Elyon.
• 19:23 This verse completely proves that not only can the B’nai
• 19:27 Elohim pass judgment, but that God backs up their judgment.
• 19:30 He says, “Yeah, I like that.
• 19:32 You go ahead and do that,” and they told that
• 19:33 to Nebuchadnezzar.
• 19:35 If you know the punishment for him, it was quite severe.
• 19:38 Joshua: Yes, it was.
• 19:39 Wasn’t he roaming around in the wilderness like this for
• 19:41 a minute?
• 19:42 Caleb: Like years he was like a wild animal.
• 19:45 Joshua: Oh, I know it was years, but it feels like it’s been
• 19:47 years since we started climbing up Mount Olympus.
• 19:50 Daniel 4:17, “This decision is by the decree of the watchers,
• 19:55 And the sentence by the word of the holy ones, In order that the
• 19:59 living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom
• 20:02 of men.”
• 20:05 I’m so hungry.
• 20:07 We’re never gonna find our way out.
• 20:10 Caleb: Stuck in the dark, Mount Olympus.
• 20:12 Joshua: You’re the worst, Olympus.
• 20:14 Caleb: We’re never gonna make it back.

• 20:16 Caleb: How are we gonna teach the Bible anymore?

• 20:46 Caleb: There’s still one more story that I want to tell about
• 20:48 the divine council ruing the B’nai Elohim.
• 20:51 But for that, we got to go to Jordan.
• 20:53 Joshua: Jordan? Caleb: Yes.
• 20:54 Joshua: That’s not even in the same country.
• 20:55 Caleb: Well, let’s hop a plane.
• 20:57 Joshua: All right. Caleb: Frequent flyer miles.
• 20:59 Joshua: Can we get a quesadilla first?
• 21:01 Caleb: Oh, yay! You saved us.
• 21:04 Joshua: Some ancient non-biblical sources described
• 21:07 the B’nai Elohim and Seraphim as being one and the same,
• 21:10 serpent-like stones of fire who ruled over the cosmos, a god for
• 21:14 each planet, a guardian over each realm.
• 21:18 But these were created beings fashioned by Yahweh himself.
• 21:22 Thus, there was an understanding that they were made to worship
• 21:25 and serve El Elyon, and lead others to give him glory.
• 21:29 No matter how glorious and luminous the angels may appear,
• 21:32 they cannot receive worship or be tempted to be worshiped.
• 21:35 This pride in their own beauty is what led to Lucifer’s
• 21:37 downfall, the first sin.
• 21:40 Caleb: We’re here at Ar-Ramtha.
• 21:41 This is the site of ancient Ramoth Gilead.
• 21:44 Just down the road, somewhere is a mound.
• 21:47 It kind of obtained the same name, Ramtha, throughout
• 21:49 the generations.
• 21:51 This is actually the heights of Gilead, 80 miles this way is
• 21:54 Damascus, so this was the territory of ancient Gad.
• 21:57 This was the territory where Ahab would get this vision.
• 22:01 He wanted to retake over this territory.
• 22:03 He wanted the land for himself.
• 22:05 He allied with King Jehoshaphat, and they came together and said,
• 22:08 “Hey, let’s go to battle against Ramoth Gilead.”
• 22:11 But they wanted to hear from the Lord’s prophets.
• 22:13 There was none except one named Micaiah.
• 22:16 Let’s see what happens and find out.
• 22:19 Joshua: 1 Kings 22:6-8, “So the king of Israel [Ahab]
• 22:23 brought together the prophets–about four hundred
• 22:26 men–and asked them, ‘Shall I go to war against Ramoth Gilead, or
• 22:29 shall I refrain?’
• 22:30 ‘Go,’ they answered, ‘for the Lord will give it into the
• 22:32 king’s hands.’
• 22:33 But Jehoshaphat asked, ‘Is there no longer a prophet of the
• 22:36 Lord [Yahweh] here whom we can inquire of?’
• 22:40 The king of Israel answered Jehoshaphat, ‘There is still one
• 22:43 prophet through whom we can inquire of the Lord, but I hate
• 22:46 him because he never prophesies anything good about me, but
• 22:50 always bad.
• 22:51 He is Micaiah son of Imlah.'”
• 22:54 Caleb: Well, Josh, we just drove by the mound that would be.
• 22:59 Not many archaeologists have agreed on where ancient
• 23:02 Ramoth Gilead is.
• 23:04 We couldn’t find anything.
• 23:05 It’s just pile of dirt, and they built stuff on top of it.
• 23:08 Joshua: I saw sheep.
• 23:10 Caleb: You saw sheep. That’s very important.
• 23:11 Joshua: Well trained, and they went across the road, and they
• 23:13 didn’t even have Farmer Hoggie telling them what to do
• 23:15 or anything.
• 23:16 Caleb: That’s right.
• 23:17 But so here, here all these prophets of the old prophesied
• 23:21 to Ahab.
• 23:22 Back to the story. It’s very important.
• 23:23 And so they called him up.
• 23:25 His name is Micaiah the prophet.
• 23:27 He gives this word of the Lord, says the same thing as
• 23:30 Ahab’s prophets.
• 23:31 It’s really sarcastic.
• 23:33 It’s like when Elijah prophesied, like, “Oh yeah,
• 23:35 you’re right.
• 23:36 You’re doing it. Right on, man.”
• 23:38 And Ahab knows he’s lying.
• 23:39 He says, “I told you not to lie to me, dude.
• 23:41 I told you not to lie.”
• 23:42 He’s like, “Just tell me the truth.
• 23:44 Tell me what’s going on.”
• 23:45 And he’s like, “All right, sure.
• 23:46 You really wanna know?
• 23:48 This is what’s really going on.”
• 23:51 Joshua: 1 Kings 22:19-21, “Micaiah then continued,
• 23:55 ‘Therefore hear the word of Adonai.
• 23:58 I saw Adonai [Yahweh]
• 24:00 sitting on His throne, with all the hosts of heaven standing by
• 24:03 Him on His right hand and on His left [the divine council].
• 24:06 Then Adonai said, “Who will entice Ahab to go up and fall
• 24:10 at Ramoth-gilead?”
• 24:11 One suggested this and another that, until a certain spirit
• 24:14 came forward and stood before Adonai and said, “I will
• 24:17 entice him.”
• 24:18 So Adonai asked him, “How?”
• 24:20 And he said: “I will go be a deceiving spirit in the mouth of
• 24:23 all of his prophets.”
• 24:25 Then He said: “You shall entice him and shall prevail also–go
• 24:29 and do so.”‘”
• 24:31 Caleb: This is the part of the story that really
• 24:32 gets me, Josh, because we see a window into how the divine
• 24:35 council works in the heavenlies.
• 24:38 Here you had the Most High ask, “All right, anybody have any
• 24:42 plans on how we’re gonna deal with Ahab?”
• 24:45 And you see everybody give an option, and he doesn’t choose
• 24:49 any of their options, but he’s letting them speak.
• 24:52 So it is kind of a council member sort of thing, maybe
• 24:56 Knights of the Round Table.
• 24:57 I don’t know how it functions.
• 24:59 Joshua: Like a body by that style without singing.
• 25:01 Caleb: Who knows?
• 25:02 But here comes this particular spirit that steps forward.
• 25:06 And he says, “I will be the lying spirit in the mouth of
• 25:09 Ahab’s prophets.”
• 25:10 Now I don’t think the Lord’s angels would speak evil, lies,
• 25:15 deceit, so I think this is a fallen one, you know?
• 25:18 This may be a Shedim, an evil spirit.
• 25:20 This may be a fallen B’nai Elohim.
• 25:22 I don’t know how he got access to where this council room is,
• 25:26 but he said, “I’ll do it.
• 25:27 I’ll be the one.”
• 25:29 And that’s when the Most High said, “Sure, you go ahead and be
• 25:33 that lying voice.”
• 25:34 And so there we go.
• 25:35 That’s like the greatest account of inaction that we can see
• 25:40 these events taking place.
• 25:42 But the story is not over yet because we need to go to the
• 25:45 site, the location, the most holy site.
• 25:49 It’s holy, hallowed by people in the past.
• 25:51 It’s not holy.
• 25:52 It’s one of sin and destruction, where they first came down,
• 25:55 these B’nai Elohim, 200 of them, they claim, on the top of the
• 25:58 mountain in order to enact their plan of rebellion on earth.
• 26:02 I’m talking about Mount Hermon, baby.
• 26:04 Let’s go.
• 26:05 We’re already in the car.
• 26:08 Joshua: Isaiah 45:5 says, “I am the Lord [Yahweh], and there is
• 26:12 no other; There is no [Elohim] besides Me.”
• 26:15 God’s declaration is abundantly clear.
• 26:18 He is the only Creator God.
• 26:20 He doesn’t deny the existence of other Elohim because the word is
• 26:24 merely synonymous with eternal spirit beings.
• 26:27 They are not due our worship, but El Elyon is unique, and his
• 26:32 firstborn Son, part of his very being, is one with him.
• 26:37 This is why Jesus could truly declare in John 8:58, “Most
• 26:41 assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM [Yahweh].”

• 27:17 through the power of His Holy Spirit, because we are the
• 27:19 temple of the living God.
