- 00:09 Joshua: I have known my entire life that God’s called me

- 00:17 Caleb Colson: And so when you see Saint Patrick in his
- 00:20 writings and the things he did, he had an understanding beyond

- 00:27 male: I think walk in the freedom, walk in the freedom
- 00:29 that Jesus has bought and paid for.
- 00:31 The Lord is moving.
- 00:33 The Lord is moving in this place and it’s becoming more and more

- 00:57 Caleb: After those six years of captivity, Maewyn Succat finally
- 01:01 returned home to what we believe was Britain, and for 20 years
- 01:06 all he wanted to do was learn more about Yeshua, study the
- 01:09 scriptures daily.
- 01:11 But when he would go to bed at night, he would have dreams.
- 01:13 He would hear the cries of the people of Ireland, the druids,
- 01:18 calling out to him, asking for him to come and to lead him to–
- 01:21 them to Jesus.
- 01:23 It’s very similar to Acts 16:9 when Paul had this vision, this
- 01:28 dream, of a Macedonian man calling out, crying, “Please
- 01:31 come and save us.
- 01:32 Come to our land.”
- 01:34 Same thing was happening to him.
- 01:35 Joshua: But druids were formidable back then.
- 01:38 They were scary people, and the magic and witchcraft and stuff
- 01:41 that they practiced and sorcery was real deal bad stuff, and I
- 01:44 don’t think we think about it a lot.
- 01:46 So when Maewyn Succat’s like, “Okay, I feel like I’m supposed
- 01:48 to go to Ireland.”
- 01:50 And he feels like he’s supposed to go get these people saved, he
- 01:53 wasn’t just signing up for, like, the youth camp where you,
- 01:55 “Oh, worship was good, the boys were cute.”
- 01:58 No, this was like a real holy moly commitment that he was
- 02:01 submitting to, and what he would find out, 100% for sure, this
- 02:06 was going to be one of the most formidable things he ever
- 02:08 embarked on.
- 02:10 Caleb: Wow, so we’re heading now to Ireland.
- 02:13 We’re in Northern Ireland.
- 02:14 We’re heading to regular Ireland, Central Ireland, to
- 02:17 literally the headquarters of all druid paganism worship in
- 02:21 the whole land, where it all began, the high places of where
- 02:25 they committed their abominations, so that we can
- 02:28 tell you the story in a legit way.
- 02:30 Joshua: So geographically insensitive.
- 02:32 “We’re heading from Northern Ireland to regular Ireland.”
- 02:35 What is that, as opposed to–
- 02:36 Caleb: Most people don’t know there’s two separate Irelands.
- 02:38 Joshua: –irregular Ireland?
- 02:39 I’m pretty sure people know there’s two Irelands.
- 02:41 Joshua: If you’ve watched us for any period of time, you know
- 02:43 that my little brother loves to send us to the most dangerous,
- 02:46 most demonic places on earth.
- 02:48 He said this time was gonna be a little bit different.
- 02:50 You know why?
- 02:52 Because every location was a demon stronghold, not just one
- 02:55 of them, that’s right.
- 02:56 So I thought, why not invite Hirchie Schaffner?
- 02:58 Surely somebody else would love to visit those kind of places.
- 03:01 Now, before we get started, we’re at this new location.
- 03:03 I am the older brother, and Caleb’s asked me to go check out
- 03:07 this demon cave and make sure it was safe.
- 03:09 So, I’m gonna do it, but don’t worry, I should be back soon.
- 03:15 Caleb: Deuteronomy 18:9-11: “You shall not learn to imitate the
- 03:19 detestable things of those nations.
- 03:21 There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or
- 03:24 his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination,
- 03:27 one who practices witchcraft, or one who interprets omens, or a
- 03:31 sorcerer, or one who casts a spell, or a medium, or a
- 03:36 spiritist, or one who calls up the dead.”
- 03:40 Hirchie Schaffner: Well, welcome to Newgrange.
- 03:44 These two ancient burial mounds, Knowth and Dowth, these are not
- 03:51 just burial sites, but these are actually druid worship sites
- 03:55 dating back to even probably before the pyramids potentially.
- 04:00 Not only again are they just where they buried people, but
- 04:04 there are–these are, like, celestial worship sites.
- 04:08 These are ancient tombs.
- 04:10 These are spots where they would hold ceremonies for hunting and
- 04:14 even alignment of the stars where they could worship
- 04:18 false deities.
- 04:20 Caleb: It’s crazy, Hirchie, but I totally don’t see it.
- 04:22 Where–oh, I think it’s over there.
- 04:24 Hirchie: Yeah, let’s go this way and you’ll see it, I
- 04:26 promise you.
- 04:27 Caleb: Isaiah 47:13-14: “Let now the astrologers, the stargazers,
- 04:32 and the monthly prognosticators stand up and save you from what
- 04:36 shall come upon you.
- 04:37 Behold, they shall be as stubble.
- 04:39 The fire shall burn them.
- 04:41 They shall not deliver themselves from the power of
- 04:43 the flame.”
- 04:44 Caleb: All right, Hirchie, I can see it.
- 04:47 That’s definitely a giant eyesore.
- 04:52 Demon mounds on high places ruining your view, I would not
- 04:56 want that in front of my property.
- 04:58 Hirchie: No, me neither, man.
- 04:59 Caleb: But yeah, like you mentioned, they’re
- 05:01 astrologically aligned with constellations, forming star
- 05:04 charts, but many wonder who built these guys.
- 05:07 I mean, wasn’t the Celts.
- 05:09 They figured that out because they’re much older than when the
- 05:11 Celtic people came here.
- 05:13 Originally, we’re talking about dispersion, the Babel-era time.
- 05:17 Those guys who were sinning against God, building tall
- 05:20 towers and monuments, they ended up coming here, building
- 05:23 these mounds.
- 05:24 Let’s just say they’re not entirely human.
- 05:26 They had Nephilim blood, demon blood in them, and they made
- 05:30 these monuments that are just riddled with demonic activity
- 05:35 and even inside you’ll see some crazy markings and
- 05:39 geometric shapes.
- 05:41 There was a lot that went on here and it was not kosher.
- 05:44 It shows that when Saint Patrick, Maewyn Succat, came
- 05:49 here, this is what he had to contend with, with the pantheon
- 05:52 of pagan gods.
- 05:54 He wasn’t afraid of them, because he knew they were false,
- 05:56 but it doesn’t negate that they functioned in magic and sorcery,
- 06:00 and, you know, the power of the enemy is real, and he was going
- 06:03 to have to rely completely on the power of God to overcome
- 06:07 that darkness.
- 06:08 Hirchie: Yeah, and the power of God always wins.
- 06:10 Caleb: Saint Patrick wrote: “But guided by God, I might come to
- 06:14 the Irish people to preach the Gospel and endure insults from
- 06:17 unbelievers; that I might hear scandal of my travels, and
- 06:21 endure man’s persecutions to the extent of prison, and so that I
- 06:25 might give up my free birthright for the advantage of others, and
- 06:29 if I should be worthy, I am ready to give even my life
- 06:33 without hesitation; and most willingly for His name.”
- 06:38 Hirchie: You know, hearing that quote from Saint Patrick, you
- 06:42 know, you wonder, and a lot of people would even today,
- 06:46 probably not want to go back to these people, to these Celts,
- 06:50 these druids, these people that held him captive for six years.
- 06:54 But that was a driving force, it was a passion.
- 06:57 And it wasn’t like he went in with his eyes closed.
- 07:00 I mean, he knew these were violent, you know, evil, wicked
- 07:05 people, but he felt that call and that compelling call to go
- 07:10 and preach the gospel and to just reveal the love of Christ,
- 07:13 even if it cost him everything.
- 07:15 Caleb: You know, this area is not far from Newgrange, and it’s
- 07:20 literally, this area encompasses some of the most demonic, you
- 07:24 know, pagan high holy sites for the druids anywhere in the
- 07:29 world, obviously, they began here.
- 07:32 But Julius Caesar wrote about how dangerous and violent the
- 07:39 druids were.
- 07:40 He said that to have favor with the gods in order to win in
- 07:45 battle or even to restore someone who was sick and near
- 07:48 death, they would perform what’s called the Wicker Man ceremony.
- 07:52 And a lot of people may have heard from this
- 07:53 throughout the ages.
- 07:55 This is where it originated.
- 07:57 They would build literally a giant man made of sticks.
- 08:01 And he’d be hollow on the inside.
- 08:03 He’s large enough that you could fit a couple dozen
- 08:06 humans within him.
- 08:08 These would be human sacrifices.
- 08:10 Very horrifying.
- 08:12 Some would be criminals, you know, but if they ran out of
- 08:15 criminals, yeah, they would pick common men, peasants, and they
- 08:19 would put them all inside and they were set on fire, and they
- 08:21 would just burn these victims alive, you know, with this
- 08:25 Wicker Man ceremony.
- 08:27 And this was literally a sacrifice to the gods.
- 08:30 They built a Nephilim in honor of the Nephilim that
- 08:33 they worshiped.
- 08:34 It’s ironic.
- 08:35 There’s a lot of, you know, false precepts and ideas
- 08:40 centered around the tribes in Britain and the Celts and all
- 08:44 that, where people really have begun to believe that they’re
- 08:48 the ten lost tribes of Israel.
- 08:50 I’m not there with them, you know, it’s a pretty far fetch,
- 08:54 but let’s jump into the reasoning why they believe that
- 08:58 there were ten lost tribes.
- 09:00 Caleb: 1 Kings 12:31-32: “Jeroboam built shrines on high
- 09:04 places and appointed priests from all sorts of people, even
- 09:08 though they were not Levites.
- 09:10 He instituted a festival on the fifteenth day of the eighth
- 09:13 month like the festival held in Judah, and offered sacrifices on
- 09:17 the altar.
- 09:18 This he did in Bethel, sacrificing to the calves he
- 09:22 had made.”
- 09:23 Hirchie: You know, after the death of Solomon, we know in the
- 09:27 Bible it tells us that Israel split into two kingdoms and
- 09:32 Jeroboam became king of the northern ten tribes, the
- 09:35 northern kingdoms, and it was during that time that he changed
- 09:38 a lot of the rules.
- 09:40 You know, he didn’t want the people of the North to go down
- 09:42 to Jerusalem to worship anymore.
- 09:45 He took away the Elohim, you know, they took away the worship
- 09:48 of the Lord and he replaced it with some paganish rituals.
- 09:52 You know, he put in his own priests, didn’t bother with the
- 09:56 Levites being in charge of sacrifices anymore, built
- 09:59 altars, standing stones.
- 10:01 He also became the high priest himself,
- 10:04 anointed himself to be the high priest, which I guess if you’re
- 10:06 king you can do those kinds of things, especially when you’re
- 10:09 rebelling against God.
- 10:10 And so in this journey of it all, you know, we see where this
- 10:13 is where Molech comes in.
- 10:15 I mean, he’s the one who incorporates Molech into child
- 10:18 sacrifice and murdering children,
- 10:21 which we see today now as well.
- 10:24 And so in this timeframe, these traditions actually came over
- 10:28 where these druid high priests would actually dress almost like
- 10:32 the Israelite high priests themselves.
- 10:35 Caleb: So I see why people could find the similarities with what
- 10:38 the druids did and with the ten lost tribes because of
- 10:41 that paganism.
- 10:43 You know, the druids had eight festivals throughout the year,
- 10:46 whereas the Israelites had seven, but four primary
- 10:50 festivals that I can’t even begin to pronounce except for
- 10:54 the chief highest holy day, Samhain.
- 10:57 Now the interesting thing about this festival is that it
- 11:01 essentially is linked with what Jeroboam did.
- 11:04 And that is Jeroboam created a new festival for the Israelites
- 11:11 to start.
- 11:12 It was exactly one month after Sukkot.
- 11:15 And this would essentially be on November 1st, but with the
- 11:20 druids, they would celebrate just like the Jews the night
- 11:24 before, you know, at sunset is when this festival would begin,
- 11:27 that would be October 31st, All Hallows’ Eve.
- 11:31 And so there are striking similarities in this festival to
- 11:36 call the dead back and get them safely to their homes that
- 11:40 people light bonfires on hills like this one, this Hill of
- 11:43 Slane, to call the spirits of the dead back.
- 11:47 Really, when you look at–that would make Jeroboam the
- 11:51 originator or the founder of Halloween, it’s very perverse.
- 11:57 Caleb: “It so happened in that year that a feast of pagan
- 11:59 worship was being held which the pagans used to celebrate with
- 12:03 many incantations and magic rites and other superstitious
- 12:06 acts of idolatry.
- 12:08 There assembled the kings, satraps, leaders, princes, and
- 12:11 the nobles of the people.
- 12:13 Furthermore, the druids, the fortune tellers, and the
- 12:15 inventors and teachers of every craft and every skill were also
- 12:18 summoned to King Loiguire at Tara, their Babylon.”
- 12:23 Muirchu’s text on the life of Saint Patrick, written in 7th
- 12:26 century AD.
- 12:28 Hirchie, there are no DNA markers, language evidence,
- 12:32 archaeological evidence, anything left behind to prove
- 12:35 that the Celts originated from the ten lost tribes of Israel,
- 12:38 much less the tribe of Dan, as some purport.
- 12:41 But it’s very interesting that Satan and these Nephilim spirits
- 12:45 like to be worshiped in the same way, so it’s not an accident
- 12:47 that you see similar ceremonies and symbolism throughout the
- 12:52 ages with all these pagan practices.
- 12:56 In fact, the druids were gonna have a great showdown with Saint
- 13:01 Patrick here on the Hill of Slane.
- 13:04 It’s a very famous story that a lot of people like to go back
- 13:08 and connect it with because it actually occurred on the day of
- 13:11 the feast of Passover, Pesach.
- 13:13 Now, the druids also worshiped this feast, but it was in a
- 13:16 different way.
- 13:18 It wasn’t Passover, Pesach, you know, it originated as Ishtar’s
- 13:22 feast in Babylon, you know, even after God made it the original
- 13:25 Passover, you know, Easter was.
- 13:27 So they celebrated Easter here in a different way.
- 13:30 Hirchie: Yeah, yeah, well, that’s what, you know, going
- 13:32 back, the Babylonians have their festival Akitu.
- 13:36 You know, the spring is important.
- 13:37 I mean, the spring is new life, and so this was a 12-day
- 13:41 festival that they have and, you know, all kinds of debauchery
- 13:44 going on in the midst of this, but you know, we see all these
- 13:47 different things through cultures, these pagan rituals
- 13:50 that always revolve around the springtime, around this
- 13:54 birth-giving time.
- 13:56 You know, you talk about goddess Ishtar and all the crazy stuff
- 13:58 they do there, gets really deep, you know.
- 14:01 But what’s amazing is that God, the God of the universe, right,
- 14:05 Elohim, right, the Great I Am, he actually set up Passover in
- 14:10 the same timeframe that would actually, you know, be this time
- 14:13 of this new beginning, a new year, and we know as, even as
- 14:17 believers, as followers of Yeshua, as followers of Jesus,
- 14:20 that he came and was resurrected in the Passover.
- 14:23 And so these feasts and these festivals, they all tie together
- 14:27 because it’s a very holy moment and the enemy wants to always
- 14:31 make unholy what is holy.
- 14:32 Caleb: Counterfeit it.
- 14:33 Hirchie: Exactly, and so, you know, knowing that Saint
- 14:36 Patrick, you know, Maewyn was in this land and he knew the
- 14:40 holiness and the power of the Passover, and so, yeah, just 10
- 14:44 miles from here, you know, in Tara you’ve got the king and old
- 14:49 Paddy boy took it to him.
- 14:51 He was like, “Let’s–” almost an Elijah moment, like, “Let’s see
- 14:55 whose God answers by fire.”
- 14:56 Caleb: This is gonna be an interesting part of the story.
- 14:58 Hirchie: It’s a fun one. Caleb: Yeah.

- 15:33 Caleb: Numbers 10:35: “So it was whenever the ark set out that
- 15:37 Moses said, ‘Rise up, O Lord.
- 15:39 Let your enemies be scattered and let those who hate you flee
- 15:42 before you.'”
- 15:44 All right, Hirchie, the year was 433 AD.
- 15:47 On this night, Passover Eve, there was a great pagan
- 15:51 druid celebration.
- 15:53 And at sunset, the new law of the land was that only the king,
- 15:56 the druid king, would light a fire on the hill of Tara,
- 15:59 the bonfire.
- 16:01 And if any other person would light a fire, they would be put
- 16:03 to death.
- 16:04 Well, here comes Saint Patrick in defiance of the king and his
- 16:08 desecration of Pesach, Passover, he came here to the Hill of
- 16:12 Slane, and he lit the Paschal fire.
- 16:15 Now, ten miles away when that druid king and the other druids
- 16:19 saw the fire lit, they knew something was wrong.
- 16:21 This was a rebellion that could rise up and sweep all over
- 16:25 Ireland, so he sent literally his army of chariots to come all
- 16:30 the way here to stop Patrick.
- 16:33 So Patrick saw the enemy forces coming to attack him, and he
- 16:37 literally quotes Moses in Numbers 10:35: “So it was
- 16:41 whenever the ark set out, that Moses said: ‘Rise up, O LORD!
- 16:44 Let Your enemies be scattered, And let those who hate You flee
- 16:48 before You.'”
- 16:49 Hirchie: And so in that moment after that prayer and reading
- 16:52 the scripture, just like God came and rescued the children of
- 16:56 Israel from Pharaoh, God shows up for Patrick.
- 16:59 He does this amazing thing, and we know that 49 of these
- 17:03 soldiers in these chariots were destroyed.
- 17:06 It’s said that it got completely dark like the Lord blacked
- 17:10 everything out, and they almost began fighting amongst
- 17:13 themselves, as they did in scripture many times.
- 17:15 So this whole idea of what the Lord did for him was amazing,
- 17:19 and that’s why, right here where we’re at in the 6th century,
- 17:23 Saint Erc, Eric, you know, he came and he actually erected the
- 17:28 church here because he was actually a follower of the
- 17:32 disciples of Patrick himself.
- 17:34 Caleb: That’s pretty crazy.
- 17:36 And this view is incredible.
- 17:38 Hirchie: Epic, epic view.
- 17:44 Caleb: Leviticus 19:31: “Do not turn to mediums or necromancers.
- 17:48 Do not seek them out and so make yourselves unclean by them.
- 17:51 I am the Lord your God.”
- 17:53 Hirchie: We’re here at the Hill of Tara.
- 17:55 We’re standing here.
- 17:57 This was the highest place, the darkest place, really, for the
- 18:02 druids of Ireland.
- 18:04 Like, this was their highest high place.
- 18:06 And it’s–we’re surrounded with standing stones, with the Stone
- 18:09 of Destiny here, where people even now have brought flowers
- 18:13 and there’s sacrifices over here at these other burial sites.
- 18:16 Caleb: Coins, money, all around the base.
- 18:17 Hirchie: It’s unreal, you know, it’s still going on, and
- 18:20 this was a dark place.
- 18:22 This was a place where they had passages and they actually
- 18:25 intertwined with demonic forces.
- 18:28 You know, this area dates back to pre-Celts, so you know, as
- 18:33 you’ve shared before, potentially Nephilim doing some
- 18:37 work around here, some pretty heinous, heinous stuff, some
- 18:40 darkness, and this was the epicenter of where it
- 18:43 all happened.
- 18:45 Caleb: That’s right, this Stone of Destiny is surrounded by
- 18:48 henges, you can’t tell, henges and mounds.
- 18:51 This was known also as the Speaking Stone, Lia Fail.
- 18:54 It was the coronation stone for the king of Tara and all the
- 18:58 kings of Ireland after that, and it is believed that it had
- 19:03 mystical powers to extend the life of the king, to give him
- 19:06 great health and great knowledge and wisdom.
- 19:08 It literally spoke to him, and it was brought here by the
- 19:11 mystical Tuatha De Danann, which were this pantheon of gods that
- 19:17 the Celts worshiped.
- 19:18 So yeah, gnarly place.
- 19:20 Caleb: Exodus 7:10-12: “So Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and
- 19:25 did just as the Lord commanded.
- 19:27 Aaron threw his staff down in front of Pharaoh and his
- 19:29 officials, and it became a snake.
- 19:32 Pharaoh then summoned wise men and sorcerers, and the Egyptian
- 19:35 magicians also did the same things by their secret arts.
- 19:38 Each one threw down his staff, and it became a snake, but
- 19:41 Aaron’s staff swallowed up their staffs.”
- 19:44 Hirchie: You know, we’re here at Tara Hill and this–so this is
- 19:47 a spot where another wild story takes place.
- 19:49 The druid king after the whole deal at Passover, he invites
- 19:54 Patrick to come and–but it’s kind of a trap.
- 19:56 They have a banquet and they actually poison Patrick’s drink.
- 20:01 The amazing thing is, you know, scripture tells us that we we
- 20:03 can drink anything deadly and it won’t harm us and Patrick
- 20:06 actually lived that out.
- 20:07 He drank the drink and they all waited for him to fall over
- 20:10 dead, and nothing happened.
- 20:13 And so this kind of freaks the king out, so now the king and
- 20:16 the druid priests begin to kinda do a whole Moses and Pharaoh’s,
- 20:21 you know, magicians and they start challenging Patrick and
- 20:25 his god to see who the real god is.
- 20:28 Caleb: This is gonna get awesome.
- 20:29 Hirchie: Pretty cool stuff.
- 20:33 Caleb: Baaad, it’s gonna be baaad.
- 20:38 Hirchie: So here it is, the contest, the battle, epic clash.
- 20:44 So the high priest wants the druids again to face
- 20:47 down Patrick.
- 20:48 So the first thing that the druids do is they put this
- 20:50 incantation over the land and this sheet of snow comes and
- 20:55 it’s there covering the ground, but then Patrick prays and the
- 20:59 snow dissipates.
- 21:01 So the next thing that happens, ’cause now there’s the next
- 21:03 roll, you know, round two, ding ding ding, and so they do their
- 21:06 incantation and a thick fog settles deeper than what we’re
- 21:09 looking at right now.
- 21:11 Covers the whole land and, again, Patrick prays, and guess
- 21:14 what happens?
- 21:16 Fog rolls away, right?
- 21:18 So now the druids are freaking out a little bit ’cause they’re
- 21:20 like, man, this guy has power that we’re–we don’t have, and
- 21:24 the high priest is like, let’s have, like, one last final
- 21:27 knockout, you know, Mike Tyson knockout right here.
- 21:30 Caleb: And so this part of the story I know pretty well because
- 21:33 they have a house built, okay?
- 21:35 Half of the house is made of freshly cut wood, green wood,
- 21:39 and the other from dead wood.
- 21:41 Then they take Saint Patrick’s servant and dress him in the
- 21:44 druid high priest’s clothing, and he’s placed in the dead part
- 21:48 of the wood, the most flammable, and the druid is placed in the
- 21:52 green part of the wood, and they set the house on fire, and what
- 21:55 happens is the green part burns completely.
- 22:00 And the druid servant burns alive, but Saint Patrick’s
- 22:04 clothes remain touched.
- 22:06 However, Saint Patrick’s servant, he’s untouched, so
- 22:09 is the dead wood, but the clothes
- 22:11 of the priests are burned off.
- 22:12 So it’s a crazy story.
- 22:14 And when the druid high king sees this, he is struck
- 22:17 with fear.
- 22:18 He repents and eventually turns his heart to Jesus.
- 22:22 Caleb: “For there is no other God, nor ever was before, nor
- 22:26 shall be hereafter, but God of the Father, and begotten and
- 22:29 without beginning, in whom all things began, and his Son Jesus
- 22:33 Christ, who manifestly always existed with the Father before
- 22:37 the beginning of time.
- 22:38 He was made man, conquered death and was received into heaven, to
- 22:42 the Father who gave him all power over every name in heaven
- 22:46 and on earth and in hell, so that every tongue should confess
- 22:49 that Jesus Christ is Lord and God, in whom we believe.”
- 22:54 The confession of Saint Patrick.
- 22:57 Caleb: Maewyn Succat died on March 17, 461 AD.
- 23:02 During his lifetime, he performed signs, wonders,
- 23:05 and miracles.
- 23:06 It was necessary to get the attention of the druids who also
- 23:09 worked in the dark arts.
- 23:10 He has purported to heal the sick, to raise 33 people from
- 23:14 the dead.
- 23:16 He lived the life of the apostles, basically.
- 23:18 He literally wasn’t a Catholic or a Protestant because that
- 23:21 didn’t exist at that moment.
- 23:22 He was just a follower of Yeshua Jesus.
- 23:25 But when you really look deeper into his history, you can find
- 23:28 that there just might be a Jewish root, a connection to his
- 23:33 livelihood that was indeed connected with the 12 tribes
- 23:37 of Israel.
- 23:39 In fact, there is an ancient medieval manuscript, an Irish
- 23:42 manuscript, called the Book of Leinster, and it declares of
- 23:47 Patrick: “Of the sons of Israel Patrick was verily.
- 23:51 But when the children of Israel were scattered by Titus and
- 23:54 Vesapian in bondage throughout the four quarters of the world,
- 23:58 in revenge for Christ’s blood, then did Patrick’s stock come to
- 24:01 Brittany because of Saint Patrick’s stock is of the sons
- 24:05 of Israel.”
- 24:07 Now, Maewyn Succat was from an aristocratic background in
- 24:11 Brittany, and at that time it’s documented that many in Brittany
- 24:15 were Jewish who had fled to escape the persecution from the
- 24:19 Romans because, as you know, we talked about Constantine and his
- 24:25 successor Theodosius I, they enacted laws to persecute the
- 24:30 Jews, to expel them, to hunt them down, to keep them from
- 24:34 worshiping the God of Israel.
- 24:36 But as we know, Patrick’s father did believe in Yeshua, so
- 24:40 obviously he did come to faith.
- 24:43 And at first, though, Patrick ran from that faith, he
- 24:47 eventually was brought back by the love of Yeshua in his most
- 24:51 desperate times.
- 24:52 But back to that story of his Jewishness, there is innumerous
- 24:56 documentation that he is linked to having Jewish blood.
- 25:01 One of those is from Marcus Losack.
- 25:03 He wrote about “The Untold Story of Saint Patrick’s
- 25:06 Royal Family.”
- 25:07 In his manuscript, he writes, “When Miliuc [Patrick’s
- 25:11 slave master]
- 25:12 saw that he was a faithful man, he brought him from the other
- 25:16 three, that he might serve him alone.
- 25:18 And Patrick served after the custom of the Hebrews.”
- 25:22 But really, when it comes down to it, whether he’s Jew or not,
- 25:25 or Gentile, we are all one in Messiah Yeshua.
- 25:29 And he is still Jewish in spirit when he’s adopted into the
- 25:33 family of God.
- 25:36 Caleb: Romans 2:28-29: “For he is not a Jew who is one
- 25:40 outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the
- 25:43 flesh; but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision
- 25:47 is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in a letter; whose
- 25:51 praise is not from men but from God.”
- 25:54 Caleb: The druids believed in many gods, and they worshiped
- 25:57 these gods in sets of three because they believed three was
- 26:01 a mystical number, and they revered the shamrock because of
- 26:05 the three points on the shamrock.
- 26:07 Saint Patrick was wise to this.
- 26:09 He understood the druid culture and the druid way.
- 26:12 So one of his most famous teachings is he took a shamrock
- 26:15 and he explained to the druids that this is one shamrock, but
- 26:19 there’s three points on it, just as the heavenly Father, the Son,
- 26:25 and the Holy Spirit are three persons in one God.
- 26:29 This was the Trinity, and he was trying to explain to them,
- 26:32 connect with them, that there is only one God in three persons,
- 26:37 and that story carries over today, and it changed an
- 26:43 entire nation.
- 26:44 He changed an entire country with the gospel of Yeshua.
- 26:50 Joshua: When Yeshua called his Jewish disciples to go to the
- 26:52 end of the earth, he meant it.
- 26:54 Ireland was the furthest northwest known to mankind
- 26:56 during the first century.
- 26:58 We can feel the call of this land just as Maewyn Succat did
- 27:01 centuries ago.
- 27:02 As we traveled the small confines of Ireland, we saw the
- 27:05 memorials of evil, monuments of power left behind by pagans who
- 27:09 worshiped demons.
- 27:11 We also see the irrefutable stamp that one man made on an
- 27:14 entire nation to change the course of their future for good.
- 27:18 Among the dozens of churches named after Maewyn Succat, Saint
- 27:21 Patrick’s Cathedral is the tallest and largest in Ireland.
- 27:24 Yet we glory not in man, but in God who empowers man.
- 27:28 For the just shall live by faith, but without faith it is
- 27:31 impossible to please him.
- 27:33 It’s time we all take up the call of Yeshua’s
- 27:35 Great Commission.
- 27:36 Even one man empowered by God can make history.
- 27:42 Joshua: Hello, Hirchie, little brother.
- 27:49 I knew this would happen.
- 27:50 Oh, you? Yeah, I’m still in the cave.
- 27:53 Yeah, that’s me, stuck in the demon cave, no electricity,
- 27:57 no lights.
- 27:58 Lots of demons.
