Gershon Salomon

Founder, the Temple Mount Faithful

Gershon Salomon is the founder and leader of the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement. In his private life, Gershon is an expert researcher and lecturer in Middle Eastern studies, specializing in the history of the national movement of the Kurdish people. He is also an officer in the Israel Defense Force (IDF). Gershon is a 10th generation Jerusalemite, descended from Rabbi Avraham Solomon Zalman Zoref who settled in Jerusalem in 1811.
