Shalom, Dear Friend,

It’s natural to wonder about the future. But in these last days it seems that “wonder” has turned to “concern.” Where are we going? What lies ahead? What is our nation — our world coming to?

It’s important to remain watchful of prophetic developments that involve Israel. More often than not, the news we are exposed to every day includes events and situations that relate to biblical prophecy.

Israel is the harbinger of the plans of God. The fig tree is blossoming before our eyes! It’s only reasonable to suppose that we’re nearing the end — although it’s possible these worldwide conditions could linger for sometime.

In a recent editorial I commented on something I call “phony peacemaking.” This seems to be the current “in” thing today. The Middle East peace conference, American armed forces in Somalia, the new Euro market, and the arms agreements between Russia and the United States (while Russia exports its scientists and uranium to lunatic Arab regimes) are all examples of “phony peacemaking” and posturing which will eventually lead to Armageddon.

While “peace” and “peacemaking” are being emphasized in world politics, they are also words that Scripture uses to describe the coming Antichrist. God’s Word tells us, “By peace shall he destroy many” (Daniel 8:25).

You and I have a current assignment for being watchful. I’m waiting to know what our nation’s new foreign policy will be toward Israel. We should pay attention to the first 100 days of President Clinton’s new administration. The “experts” tell us the first 100 days are critical for establishing policies and setting the tone of a political term.

It’s likely we’ll not know the full scope of the new policy by the end of April — which is the end of the first 100 days. But we should have a good idea of how our nation plans to relate to Israel in the near future.

Why is our nation’s foreign policy toward Israel important to you and me? Because there’s a promise that is just as true today as it was when it was written! God’s Word says, “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse them that curseth thee” (Genesis 12:3).

What will the first 100 days reveal?

We must remember – one day the true Church will be gone.

The buildings and equipment that are left probably will be used for government offices, cultural centers, theaters, restaurants — even new age churches. But the true Church will be gone… rapturedl

When the true Church is gone — there will still be Israel!

When the Church Age ends, Israel will still be there. She will be the one who witnesses of the Messiah and “holds out” for the Kingdom of God. Keep your heart right toward the Jewish people. After the tribulation, we’ll be living in Israel for a thousand years. The first thing Christians will do is to meet face-to-face with the King of the Jews (II Corinthians 5:10).

Am I excited about living in these last days? Absolutely!

As always, I’m deeply grateful to each one of you who faithfully supports this ministry every month. You make it possible for me to teach this message. I think you’ll agree there are few ministries that have this assignment. Your prayers for us, and your financial support, give you a direct part in the work God is doing here at Zola Levitt Ministries. Many are learning about God’s plan for present day Israel and the “end times.” And it’s my heartfelt desire to present a clear witness to my brothers and sisters who have not yet met Messiah Yeshua (Romans 10:1).

The teaching role I’ve been given includes introducing people to Israel and the Holy Land. I want them to experience this magnificent land — this marvelous fulfillment of prophecy — this greatest work of God since the first century!

This spring we are doing something totally different. Our tour will take advantage of this delightful season, and the three festivals — Passover, Pentecost and Israel’s Independence Day! We will participate in the 45th birthday of the modern Promised Land. Our Three Festival Spring Tour, April 23 to May 3 or 7, will have two new extensions. The Deluxe Tour will continue on to the Dead Sea and Eilat and the Greek Isles Cruise will feature two additional islands. Let me send you a brochure about the tour.

It’s important for us to hear from you this month. Those regular monthly expenses necessary for operating a growing ministry continue to ask for our attention… and it’s important to anticipate and plan for the new cutting edge television projects for 1993.

Every gift to Zola Levitt Ministries is received with gratitude to God. We know each gift is the result of the giver being obedient to the leadership of the Holy Spirit. And we”re excited that you have a direct part in what God is doing here.

Your Messenger,

Zola
