Zola Tours Terms and Conditions
PRICES:
The prices for our tours reflect a 2% discount for purchases paid with cash or check. Discounts are not provided for sales paid by credit card. Prices are per person based on double occupancy in a room. Additionally, an airport departure tax, fuel surcharge, and a tipping fund will be billed and due with final payment.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations for your tour should be made as soon as possible, as seats are limited. A per person deposit of $400 for each Grand Tour and $200 for the Deluxe Tour is required to guarantee your reservation. For reservations made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due immediately with your Registration Form.
HOTELS:
Deluxe and first-class hotels are provided throughout the tour. Prices are based on a per-person rate sharing a twin-bedded room. A single room supplement is additional as shown on the Registration Form.
MEALS:
Meals included consist of buffet breakfasts and five-course dining room and buffet dinners. Beverages other than coffee or tea at breakfast and dinner are not included.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
All ground transportation is to be deluxe, air-conditioned motor coach, especially designed for sightseeing.
SIGHTSEEING:
This tour includes a full program of sightseeing in Israel by government-licensed, English-speaking guides. (ZT may vary the sequence of sightseeing programs or make substitutions if necessitated by circumstances beyond our control.)
TAXES:
All service charges and taxes normally associated with hotel room charges are included. International airport departure tax is not included and will be collected as part of the final payment. The tax amount is as shown on the Registration Form.
TIPS:
Tips for luggage handlers, bellboys and other hotel staff, guides, and bus drivers are all included in the tipping fund as part of the final payment. The tipping fund is as shown on the Registration Form.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR COSTS: In Israel:
lunches, non-menu beverages at breakfast and dinner, items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone-call service charges, room service, domestic travel to and from the departure airport, excess baggage charges, and all other items not stated as included.
LAND ONLY TOUR:
If you purchase a land-only tour, and are unable to arrange your flight to coincide with the group’s arrival and departure, the additional transfer cost will be your responsibility.
AIR TRANSPORTATION:
Your round-trip fare from the departure airport, by regularly scheduled airlines based on Apex, Super Apex, and special group airfares, is included.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
As all airlines differ and restrictions change periodically, we recommend that you call the airline directly with questions about your baggage allowance.
INSURANCE:
Zola Tours is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage or personal belongings, personal injury, accidents, or illness. Experienced international passengers invariably purchase travel insurance before any trip. We strongly recommend travel insurance for each passenger. Your current health insurance should be checked for coverage abroad.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No cancellation penalties for land arrangements shall be made for cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure. For those received within 60 days of departure, cancellation fees imposed by the land operator will be charged. Airline tickets are nonrefundable after they have been issued, normally 30 days prior to departure.
FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. A complete itemized invoice will be sent to you prior to this time. For reservations made within 60 days of departure, full payment is due immediately with your Registration Form.
TOUR DOCUMENTS:
Approximately one week prior to departure, you will receive final documents including hotel information, luggage tags, and final letter of instruction.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Zola Tours (ZT), 10300 N. Central Expy, Suite 170, Dallas, TX 75231, (214) 696-9760 acts only in the capacity of agent in all matters of transportation and tour operation, and its liability is limited to the terms of the tickets and these general conditions. Notice is given that in all arrangements of transportation and condition, ZT shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by the operation of any vehicle or conveyance or caused by the act, omission, neglect, or default of any person engaged in transporting tour participants or in providing hotel accommodations or other tour arrangements or services. In the event of any such injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience, ZT MAY refund an amount as deemed appropriate in the sole opinion of ZT. It is understood that ZT shall have no other or further responsibility or liability either for the accuracy of any representation regarding or the non-provision of any tour service. Full payment of tour price constitutes an agreement that the tour participant understands all information listed as “General Conditions” and agrees to all listed. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not on board their plane. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and passengers. The service of any IATA and ARC member carriers and their affiliates or any other regularly scheduled airline may be used for the transportation of this tour.

ZT reserves the right to alter the itinerary as may be deemed desirable and in the best interest of the tour party as a whole. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure and to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time. The price of the tour is based on rates in effect for the dates on the Registration Form, and is subject to adjustment with prior notification. ZT regrets that it cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, or other personal needs. Travelers needing special assistance for other than personal needs should contact ZT prior to booking to determine what assistance may reasonably be made available.
