My life has never been the same since I started studying the course Jewish/Christian faith Rabbi Zola organised. I learnt so many things I now celebrate the Jewish Feasts as some of them were also celebrated by Jesus Christ I pray that one of these days the true church of our Lord and Saviour would accept these Feasts as well. Rabbi Zola as I always call you thank you very very very much for your teachings service and all you have done in contributing to the Kingdom of God. You are in a much better place praising and worshipping Jesus I will meet you in the morning. However I do rejoice for him, knowing he is with his Lord. I first stumbled across Zola'a TV program in 1982, one week after I returned from a trip to the Holy Land. You can imagine my excitement at suddenly seeing that Eastern Wall of Jerusalem on TV when I had just been there, and this wonderful man expounding on Israel. I followed Zola after that and learned to love him in the Lord. I always wished to be able to join Zola for another trip to Israel knowing I could learn so much more from him than I did on my first trip. I have listened to him over the years, however it has been difficult because of the nighttime hours it was broadcast in our area. My father taught me as a child to love the Jews and that they are Gods' chosen nation, so Zola really reinforced that and taught me so much about the current state of Israel. God bless his family and ministry. It is always a thrill to me every time I hear of another Jew who has found their true Messiah, and Zola had a big part in that. I knew he was going to die but I refused to admit it, hoping for the best. When I heard he died, I was sooo sad! It was as if God had me prepared for his departure! When he died I was at least prepared. I miss him so much. I have always dreamed to go with him visit Jerusalem when I have the money; now I will have to wait until the Millennium :) I have told God to be sure and reserve me a place when Zola takes Millennium tourists to visit Jerusalem! As zola would always say 'Pray for the peace of Jerusalem'i too would say ''pray for the blindness of the arabs'' I will sorely miss Zola . From Adam and Eve, from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Yahweh hasnt changed! Almost two years ago I had a dream. In this dream I was with a friend in an absolutely stunning synagogue.(never been in one ever) we were staring in awe as we looked up to the ceiling where everything was inlaid in gold. It was breathtaking. we had white veils on and they hung around our shoulders. To the front of the synogogue there was an old rabbi, only he looked as if he just stepped out of the bible. He was standing at the door looking at us. yes he had the prayer shawl on and it was so beautiful. the Torah was open on the table in the front with a piercing velvet red makrer in it. I was in such awe and I knew I was in the presence of almighty G_d. What did this mean. That same day I was walking thru my kitchen and in my heart, loudly I heard the Lord say, " I am the God of Abraham, Isaac, and jacob. Learn of me." since that day, Zola and his teaching have just filled a craving in my heart to know all there is to know about my Jewsih brothers and sisters. Oh how he will be missed. Zola however is now dancing with Yeshua Himself and awaiting all of our arrivals! to GOd be the glory great things He has done and is doing! thru Zola and ......us! may we remain true to the call!
