I am writing a report on the Dachau concentration camp, and this has helped alot. The one part of the essay is about the survivors and this piece has really helped me. It is sad what these people had to endure, for they didn't deserve it one bit. I know that what they faced is something that I could never imagine.

I am touched by this piece. It contains information that the modern internet user can relate to, yet still ultimately gets down to the emotional core.

The liberation of Nazi concentration camps must have been, in my opinion, the happiest moment felt by the most people perhaps in history. Call me romantic, but I also feel that the "massacre" of the guards after the liberation of Dachau was understandable if not justified.
